Pre-Existing Conditions

Valuables & Firearms

Crew members are instructed not to handle overtly valuable items (jewelry, cash) or firearms. Please secure these items prior to our arrival. We do not clean areas where firearms are not secured.

Crew Safety & Conduct

We prioritize the safety of our staff. Harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions (mold, biohazards beyond standard cleaning) may result in immediate service termination without refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with specific areas of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the specific concerns at no additional charge.
